Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings for Hajj and Umrah tours require a non-refundable deposit of [Specify Amount] to secure a place.
  • The full payment must be made by [Specify Date or Timeframe], otherwise, the booking will be canceled without notice, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • All payments must be made in [Specify Currency].

Non-refundable Fees

  • A non-refundable fee of [Specify Amount] is applied for ticketing, including flight tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
  • In case of cancellation, this fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason, including illness, visa rejection, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Additional non-refundable fees may apply for special requests, such as specific accommodations, transportation, or guide services.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If the Client cancels the booking [Specify Timeframe], a refund of the remaining balance (excluding non-refundable fees) will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [Specify Timeframe] before departure.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to safety concerns, force majeure, or other reasons. In this case, Clients will be offered a rescheduled tour or a refund of the remaining balance (excluding non-refundable fees).

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure their travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and comply with Saudi Arabian immigration requirements.
  • Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia and respect the customs and traditions of the country.
  • The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from visa rejections or other immigration-related issues.

Liability and Indemnity

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused during the tour unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or non-compliance with these Terms.

Travel Insurance

  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
  • The Company is not responsible for any costs or damages not covered by the Client’s insurance.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by the Company shall be resolved through arbitration in [Specify Location], and under the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction].
  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation or negotiation before pursuing legal action.

Amendments and Modifications

  • The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to their tour.
