Terms and Conditions

 

  • A passenger must have a valid six-month international passport from the date of travel.
  • Passengers must ensure they have the necessary travel documents, such as international passport, visa or proof of vaccination, required for their destination.
  • Baggage allowance limits and restrictions will apply, and excess baggage fees may be charged for items that exceed these limits.
  • Passengers who miss their flight will be liable to pay ‘No Show’ fees.
  • Flight schedules and routes are subject to change, and the airline reserves the right to make changes as necessary even with short notices.
  • Any disruptive behavior, intoxication, or refusal to follow airline staff instructions may result in denial of boarding or removal from the flight.
  • Date change or cancellation of a flight ticket at Passenger’s request attracts a fee which will be paid by the passenger or as per Airline’s policy.
  • Airline’s Policy applies on Flight cancellation or delays.
  • Passengers traveling on group tickets must travel and return together on the same dates as stated on the flight ticket.
  • The company and or members of staff will not be liable for any services outside the Package or itinerary registered and paid for.
  • No cancellation on any application once processing has commenced.
  • The aged and minors are required to travel with someone who can cater to their needs and look after them adequately.
  • Passengers must comply with all security measures and screenings implemented by the airline and airport authorities.

Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings for Hajj and Umrah tours require a deposit of 10% of the set price of that particular year to secure a slot.
  • The full payment must be made at least one month before the set traveling date, otherwise, the booking will be canceled without notice.

Non-refundable Fees

  • A non-refundable fee of 2% is applied on group travels in the event that the customer wishes to withdraw his/her application from the group travel.
  • In case of cancellation, this fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason, including illness, visa rejection, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Additional non-refundable fees may apply on canceled services such as accommodations, transportation, or guide services.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If the Client cancels the booking a week before the traveling date, a refund of the remaining balance (excluding non-refundable fees) will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two days before departure.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to safety concerns, force majeure, or other reasons. In this case, Clients will be offered a rescheduled tour or a refund of the remaining balance (excluding non-refundable fees).

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure their travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and comply with the destination country’s immigration requirements.
  • Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country and respect the customs and traditions of the country.
  • Libragold is not responsible for any issues arising from visa rejections, delay in granting Visa Application or other immigration-related issues and Libragold shall not be responsible for any losses occasioned by theses circumstances and or related circumstances.

 

Liability and Indemnity

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused during the tour whether or not such is due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Libragold harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or non-compliance with these Terms.

 

Travel Insurance

  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, loss or damage of baggage, death, and other unforeseen events.
  • The Company is not responsible for any costs or damages not covered by the Client’s insurance.

 

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by the Company shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria, and under the laws of Nigeria
  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation or negotiation before pursuing Arbitration

 

Amendments and Modifications

  • The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to notify the client of significant changes that may affect their planned schedule at the shortest possible time.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Flight tickets can be canceled or refunded in accordance with the particular airline’s rules on the ticket.
  • Group flight tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the ticket terms and conditions.
  • Airline’s Policy applies on Flight cancellation or delays.
  • Passengers traveling as part of a group, who decide to move outside the group, there will be no refund for any segment of the flight or service/s unused.
  • Unused services cannot be refunded once the trip has commenced.
  • No refund can be made for absence by passenger from any part of the Itinerary.
  • Cancellation made from one month after registration and before visa or tickets are issued, attracts 10% of the paid amount.
  • Cancellation made after commencement of visa processing and issuance of flight ticket, attracts zero refund.
  • Passengers who are unable to travel on the day of flight departure from their country of origin, due to any reason, will lose all payments and will not be entitled to any refund.
